What To Include
- Your account email address.
- The booking or Office Hours session date, if the issue is meeting-related.
- A short description of what happened and any error message you saw.
- Whether the issue affects a student, mentor, or admin account.
Zoom Meeting Help
Students should use the meeting link shown on their booking details page once meeting access opens. Mentors should use the Start Zoom Meeting button on hosted bookings. If a Zoom link is missing or a mentor cannot connect Zoom, contact support.
Data and Account Requests
For account deletion, privacy, or data access requests, email support@gradspaths.com with the subject line “Data Request.”
