Platform Services

Grads Paths connects students and applicants with mentors for educational guidance, tutoring, program insights, interview preparation, and related services. Grads Paths does not guarantee admissions, academic, career, or licensing outcomes.

Accounts

Users are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting their login credentials, and using the platform lawfully. Mentors must accurately represent their background, experience, availability, and services.

Bookings and Virtual Meetings

Bookings may include virtual meetings hosted through Zoom. Users agree to join meetings professionally, respect other participants, and avoid recording or redistributing meeting content unless all required consent has been obtained.

Payments and Credits

Paid services, credits, subscriptions, and payouts are handled according to the pricing and checkout information shown at the time of purchase. Third-party payment providers may apply their own terms.

Acceptable Use

Users may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, harass others, share unlawful content, bypass platform booking or payment flows, or interfere with the security or operation of Grads Paths.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access when needed for policy enforcement, security, legal compliance, user safety, or platform integrity.

The platform is provided as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grads Paths is not responsible for indirect damages, third-party service interruptions, or outcomes based on mentor guidance.
